Job Summary

As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff, manage service standards and maintain product quality. You will coordinate scheduling, monitor inventory and ensure the café achieves sales goals while providing a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and effective Communication to ensure guest satisfaction and staff collaboration.
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management, including knowledge of industry standards and operations.
• Strong Sales skills, with the ability to achieve targets and implement marketing strategies.
• Leadership, organizational, and people management skills to inspire and supervise a team effectively.
• Proficiency in handling inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic customer needs.
