Pentagon i Runway seeks a Business Development Manager for ERP Solutions in Colombo. You will drive regional growth, conduct market research, build client relationships, develop sales strategies, and represent the company at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging sectors.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders across public and private sectors.

• Design and implement effective business development, marketing, and sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements, and lead negotiations to finalization.

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry associations, and business networks.

• Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and business forums to enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales experts, finance, and operations.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, maintain an accurate pipeline, and report progress and market insights to senior management.

• Identify potential risks, trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision making.
