Job Summary

The Business Analyst – ERP Implementations will lead requirements gathering, pre-sales support, and documentation tasks, ensuring ERP solutions meet client needs and optimize business processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Join discovery calls with potential clients to understand their business needs

• Document current business processes and pain points

• Support project scoping and effort estimation

• Prepare proposal documentation and process flow diagrams

• Assist with demo preparation using client-specific scenarios

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients

• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications

• Conduct gap analysis between client needs and standard ERP functionality

• Map client processes to ERP modules and recommend solutions

• Coordinate with developers to communicate customization requirements

• Support UAT planning and test case documentation

• Develop and maintain templates for requirements, specifications, and process maps

• Document reusable solutions for common business scenarios

• Support training material preparation

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis within ERP or software implementation projects

• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

• Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, inventory, sales, procurement)

• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills

• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, or similar)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements

• Preferred: Experience with Odoo ERP, pre-sales activities, finance/accounting/supply chain knowledge, degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
