Job Summary

The Bike Courier will be responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of documents and parcels in the Kandy area. The role involves ensuring accuracy, reliability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and safety on the road.

Responsibilities

• Timely pickup and delivery of documents and parcels.
• Handle cash collections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
• Maintain the company’s image and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Report daily delivery status and any delivery-related issues to the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification.
• Valid motorcycle riding license.
• Age between 18 – 50 years.
• Prior delivery or logistics experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and time management skills.
