Job Summary

This role supports business continuity planning through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The BCP Analyst reviews stakeholder submissions, conducts assessments, and provides insights that enhance compliance, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review and compile BCP exercise reports from stakeholders
• Conduct onsite assessments and document compliance findings
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for BCP performance tracking
• Analyze data using Excel and MS Access to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (min. 3 years) from a UGC-recognized university in:
• Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking
• Business Administration, Management
• Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology

Professional Qualifications (any one):
• CIMA (UK) – Passed Finalist
• CA Sri Lanka – All levels passed
• Associate Member of IBSL
• Associate Member of CMA Sri Lanka
• ACCA (UK) – Passed Finalist

Experience:
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year in accounting, financial analysis, or a related field

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Access, and Office Suite
• Experience with Tableau or similar dashboard tools
