Job Summary

The Associate Account Manager manages client relationships, explores business opportunities, and supports product adoption. The role drives account growth, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures clients gain consistent value from Emojot’s AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure long-term success through proactive engagement.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
• Conduct impactful demos and presentations for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (preferably SaaS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of technology and customer value creation.
