Job Summary
The Administrative Intern supports the marketing and administration teams by managing daily operational tasks, coordinating events, and assisting in campaigns that enhance brand performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day marketing activities, including social media management and promotional campaigns.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and communication handling.
• Provide support for event coordination and other departmental initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Undergraduates or recent graduates in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
