Jaysons Warehousing seeks an Accountant for its Mount Lavinia location. You will prepare financial reports, manage tax compliance, coordinate banking activities, and collaborate with auditors and banks to ensure financial oversight and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations for the Board of Directors.

• Accurate computation, reconciliation, and timely filing of taxes.

• Ensure adherence to TIEP reports and SL Customs regulations.

• Manage LC/TT transactions, liaise with banks and suppliers, and support Project Finance for optimal working capital management.

• Prepare accounts, board papers, and monitor financial ratios, variances, and daily costs.

• Work with auditors, bankers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and lead financial negotiations.

Qualifications

• ICASL / CIMA / ACCA (equivalent or partially completed).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory-based accounting.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, MS Office, and QuickBooks.

• Confident dealing with banks and external stakeholders.
