Job Summary

The Account Manager (EUC Sales) role focuses on understanding customer needs, managing accounts, and driving growth through effective sales execution. The position requires strong communication, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and expertise in device-related sales. You will support clients before and after sales, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the company’s strategic sales direction.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, manage existing accounts, and establish new business opportunities.
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Manage inquiries, quotations, and coordinate the end-to-end sales process.
• Prepare documentation, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Ensure availability and adequacy of sales-related tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a real-time sales pipeline with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Generate leads through networking, research, cold calling, and other channels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in selling devices (Notebooks / Desktops) — essential.
• Innovative, proactive, and able to approach tasks with creativity.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent customer-handling etiquette.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of GCE A/L.
• A degree or diploma in a relevant field will be a definite advantage.
