Job Description – Import Export Assistant at GPV

Job Role:
As an Import Export Assistant, you will manage documentation and support the smooth handling of shipments in and out of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare import/export documents and manage shipping processes
- Update export packing lists and create customs paperwork
- Book export freight and coordinate with freight forwarders
- Submit VAT reports and manage the BOI cash account
- Keep records of approved customs documents
Requirements:
- Good English skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Completed G.C.E. A/L
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
