As an Import Export Assistant, you will manage documentation and support the smooth handling of shipments in and out of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare import/export documents and manage shipping processes
  • Update export packing lists and create customs paperwork
  • Book export freight and coordinate with freight forwarders
  • Submit VAT reports and manage the BOI cash account
  • Keep records of approved customs documents
