Position Summary
As an HR Intern – Service Personnel, you will be immersed in real-world HR operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to support core HR functions. From organizing personnel files to assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, this role offers hands-on experience in a global work environment committed to diversity, equity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR documentation, personnel records, and employee file management
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding activities
- Collaborate with HR business partners to assist in employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal HR communications as needed
- Maintain accurate HR databases and track updates
- Participate in HR policy rollouts, training coordination, and employee service initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate or currently pursuing a professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Understanding of HR operations, labor laws, or organizational behavior is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic learner who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment
