About the Job – HR Assistant

  • Welcome and assist all visitors (local and foreign) at the factory.
  • Arrange travel, visa, tickets, and accommodation for staff and corporate visitors.
  • Help organize corporate meetings and prepare necessary arrangements.
  • Support employee benefits like transport, meals, accommodation, and insurance.
  • Handle letters, packages, calls, and other correspondence.
  • Collect and report employee data as needed.
  • Assist with HR activities to improve employee engagement.
  • Provide general office support.

Your Profile

  • Diploma or qualification in HR or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR or Administration.
  • Knowledge of HR tools and systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws is an advantage.
