We’re hiring a Guest Service Executive at Kandy Myst by Cinnamon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest hotel group, with 17 properties in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. We are part of John Keells Holdings PLC, the country’s top listed company.
The Guest Service Executive is the first point of contact for guests. You’ll manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and provide helpful info about rooms, rates, and services all while delivering a warm, welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, handle complaints, and respond to questions.
- Coordinate with departments for special requests.
- Upsell hotel services when possible.
- Keep accurate booking and payment records.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Receptionist in a star-class hotel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for providing great guest service in a busy environment.
