Executive – Glove Knitting

As an Executive in Glove Knitting, you will support daily operations in the production shift, manage capacity planning, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will lead a team to achieve performance goals while maintaining a safe, productive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage manpower, machines, and material efficiently.
- Ensure quality products are delivered on time to the next department.
- Monitor productivity and reduce cost per unit.
- Train and develop team members.
- Maintain records, analyze data, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and company policies.
- Participate in lean projects and KAIZEN improvements.
- Handle grievances and maintain good employee relationships.
- Maintain inventory, production schedules, and accurate capacity planning.
- Communicate targets clearly with team and provide regular updates to Plant Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Operations.
- Knowledge in textile manufacturing and people management.
- Experience in lean six sigma is a plus.
- 3+ years in a similar manufacturing role.
