We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate – Sales Team
You will help promote HSBC’s banking products such as accounts, credit cards, loans, and more. You’ll work with sales managers, meet your sales targets, and build relationships with customers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily/weekly/monthly sales with your manager
- Reach your sales goals
- Keep clear records of your sales work
- Connect with companies to find business opportunities
- Understand customer needs and offer the right products
- Follow up on customer applications on time
- Be professional and follow HSBC’s ethical standards
- Protect customer privacy and handle data carefully
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Passed GCE O/L or A/L exams
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Organized and goal-driven mindset
- Ready to work under a 2-year fixed-term contract
