Position Summary
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Ja-Ela branch. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring a hands-on individual with strong operational, people management, and business acumen. You will be responsible for the branch’s overall performance, including customer service excellence, inventory and financial oversight, team leadership, and adherence to organizational standards and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Supervise, coach, and lead branch staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement processes, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Implement and enforce company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and branch financial reporting.
- Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding branch sales targets and identifying local market opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch or operations management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in inventory management and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry-relevant software tools and systems.
- Experience in one or more of the company’s business sectors (agriculture, logistics, property, auto, hospitality) is a strong advantage.
- Proximity to Ja-Ela or willingness to relocate is preferred.
