What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
- 2 + years’ proven experience in solar‐PV projects (residential, commercial, or utility).
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of PV modules, inverters, string sizing, and protection schemes.
- Strong command of English & Sinhala; Tamil a plus.
- Willingness to travel for frequent site visits; valid driver’s licence an advantage.
- Proactive, safety‑minded, and comfortable engaging with clients on‑site.

OSHA/IOSH or equivalent safety training will strengthen your application, but we can facilitate certification after hire.

Both. You’ll assist senior engineers in design optimisation and oversee on‑site execution, giving you end‑to‑end project exposure.
Is the role office‑based or field‑heavy?
Expect a 60/40 split between field assessments/commissioning and office‑based design, reporting, and client consultations.
