Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Animator to join our remote team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about storytelling through animation and have the ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and produce compelling motion graphics and animations.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to bring concepts to life across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product demos, and digital content.
- Translate scripts or storyboards into dynamic, high-quality animations that align with brand aesthetics.
- Leverage motion capture technology when required for realistic character movement and behavior.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers, designers, and creative leads to ensure animations meet production standards and deadlines.
- Continuously refine and iterate based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Manage project timelines effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in animation and motion graphics using tools such as After Effects, Blender, Maya, or similar software.
- Experience with motion capture workflows is a strong advantage.
- Strong storyboarding skills and a keen sense of visual storytelling.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work independently in a remote setup.
- Attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to adapt across various animation styles.
- A degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is welcome.
