About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, maintain digital and physical records, and ensure up-to-date CRM entries.
  • Support immigration consultants with document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
  • Create presentations, reports, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive client data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, or related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in immigration or legal consulting is a strong asset.
