About the Role
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a dependable individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and administrative order.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, perform daily accounting transactions, and support monthly reconciliations.
- Assist in staff attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and employee documentation.
- Oversee general office administration, including filing, document control, and supplies management.
- Ensure timely updates of internal systems and coordinate with internal departments when necessary.
- Contribute to a smooth workflow and compliance with company processes and financial protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3โ5 years of proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); prior experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
