About the Role

We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Executive – Ground Handling & Passenger Services to join our growing team at Katunayake. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless passenger handling, efficient baggage processes, and delivering an outstanding travel experience.

Key Duties

• Supervise and coordinate passenger and baggage handling from check-in to aircraft boarding and delivery.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle special assistance requests, and resolve complaints with professionalism.

• Work closely with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency and passenger satisfaction.

• Maintain clear communication across all ground handling activities to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Relevant academic or professional qualifications in airline passenger or ground handling services.

• Previous experience in a similar airline or airport role is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively and proficiency with airline/airport software systems will be considered an added benefit.
