Key Duties

As a Community Manager at IWG in Colombo, you will be the driving force behind a welcoming and efficient centre environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the business centre to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and retain existing members.

• Greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and potential clients while ensuring reception areas and meeting rooms run smoothly.

• Introducing new members to existing businesses and facilitating networking opportunities within the centre.

• Coordinating move-ins, preparing welcome materials, and ensuring all operational details are in place for incoming clients.

• Supporting sales activities by showcasing membership benefits to walk-in visitors and potential customers.

• Hosting meetings and events for community engagement while maintaining high operational standards.
