Student Guidance and Counseling
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students, helping them identify suitable study destinations, courses, and universities that align with their career goals.

Application Management
- Oversee the complete application process, from shortlisting universities to preparing documents such as personal statements, recommendation letters, and application forms.

Admission and Visa Support
- Guide students through admission procedures, interview preparation, and scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

- Experience in student counseling and guidance: At least 2–3 years of direct experience working with students in academic or counseling settings.
- Knowledge of international education systems: Familiarity with the admission processes of major destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: Proficiency in English with the ability to explain complex admission requirements clearly to students and parents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software tools: Skilled in preparing documents, presentations, and using CRM or application management systems.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
- Team-oriented mindset: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a supportive team.
