The Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Provide professional assistance to patients, answering questions about medications, dosage, and side effects. Offer guidance with empathy and clarity to ensure patient confidence in their treatment plan.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure medications are stored according to safety and quality guidelines. This involves keeping track of expiration dates and restocking essential supplies promptly.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with pharmacists, doctors, and other medical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Pharmacy Operations: Support day-to-day operations including labeling, packaging, and handling of medicines. Ensure all legal and ethical requirements are met during dispensing.

Qualifications
