The Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will take the lead in identifying, developing, and managing opportunities to expand ATN Campus’s reach in Sri Lanka’s competitive education sector. Your role is not only about sales but about forging meaningful relationships with students, parents, industry partners, and institutions that drive long-term growth for the campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development
    Identify and secure new partnerships, collaborations, and student enrollment opportunities. Develop innovative strategies to target untapped markets and expand ATN Campus’s presence in the region.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion
    Design and execute campaigns to generate leads through events, digital platforms, and community outreach. Nurture leads effectively and ensure high conversion rates into enrollments.
  • Account Management
    Build strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners. Provide personalized support and ensure stakeholders receive value-driven engagement at every stage.
  • Market Research & Strategy
    Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends in education. Translate insights into actionable business strategies that keep ATN Campus competitive and relevant.
  • Sales Target Achievement
    Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by applying a strategic and disciplined approach to business development. Ensure results align with the institution’s overall objectives.
  • Collaboration with Academic & Marketing Teams
    Work closely with internal departments to design promotional campaigns, coordinate student recruitment fairs, and enhance the visibility of ATN Campus programs.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    Prepare regular progress reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. Provide data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of academic background, industry experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Educational Background
    A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Professional qualifications in sales or education management are advantageous.
  • Experience
    Proven track record in new business development, lead generation, and account management. Experience within the education sector is a strong plus.
  • Sales Acumen
    Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Candidates should be skilled in creating and executing business development strategies.
  • Communication Skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to engaging students, parents, and corporate partners.
