What You Will Be Doing
- Identify customer needs and explain products clearly to convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and build rapport with engaging conversations and recommendations.
- Understand and solve customer issues according to company guidelines.
- Keep product knowledge up-to-date and stay organized.
- Share customer feedback to improve products.
- Escalate important issues to managers or teams quickly.
- Use tools like Gorgias, Google Sheets, and Slack to support customers via chat and email.
- Assist with admin tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Work 5 days a week including Saturday, Sunday & Monday, or as assigned.
- Experience in pre-sales or sales support, preferably in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer.
- Sales-driven, results-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
- Ability to interact with Chinese-speaking clients.
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism in tough situations.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to help beyond your scope.
- Experience with Amazon, TikTok, or sales messaging tools preferred.
- Background in eCommerce, health, wellness, or tech is a plus.
