Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Good interpersonal and satisfaction-focused approach
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent Sinhala and English communication (Tamil is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time well
  • Experience in a front office or call center is a plus
