Customer Support Executive – London Stock Exchange Group
The Issuer Services team at the London Stock Exchange helps public and pre-IPO companies with digital tools, content, and livestreaming services to connect with investors. Our platform offers company profiles, data tools, events, livestreams, and access to trusted service providers.
About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support Executive to join our team. You’ll help users on our platform by responding to queries, fixing issues, supporting events, and managing digital content and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot problems and work with the tech team
- Support events and manage invites, campaigns, and feedback
- Assist with email marketing and social media
- Track and report on digital performance
- Collect user feedback to improve the platform
- Collaborate with teams and external suppliers
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or digital roles
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Knowledge of HTML, Salesforce, Google Analytics is a bonus
