Position: Senior Relationship Assistant
We are hiring a Senior Relationship Assistant to support our Relationship Managers in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Relationship Managers monitor and improve use of credit facilities.
- Prepare reports and MIS data for the team.
- Collect financial statements and create spreadsheets for risk analysis.
- Follow up on loan repayments and missing documents.
- Monitor excess approvals and over-limit reports.
- Handle transfers, loan recoveries, and other instructions.
- Visit customers when needed and manage client inquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments for disbursements.
- Help inspect client stock regularly.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of credit, banking operations, and trade finance.
- Proficient in MS Office; good typing speed.
- Understanding of finance or accounting preferred.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of banking/finance experience (branch banking is a plus)
OR - Minimum 3 years of experience with a part qualification in Banking, CIM, CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or 1 year of a 3-year degree.
