Lanka Foods is hiring a full-time Raw Oats Processing Technician. This on-site role involves running machines, testing oats in the lab, keeping equipment clean, and following hygiene and safety rules.

What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in lab testing and sterilizing equipment
- Experience in quality control and food safety
- Ability to train and guide junior staff
- Strong attention to hygiene and detail
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Experience in food processing is a plus
- Degree or certification in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
