• Conduct work studies and maintain accurate SMV records.
• Analyze work data and share summary reports with supervisors.
• Find ways to improve operations and provide engineering solutions.
• Support and guide team members.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial/ mechanical/ manufacturing engineering or Higher National Diploma (NDT, NDES or HNDE) in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Certificate or upper-level course in Lean Manufacturing Principles and Waste Reduction.
3. Proficiency in English Language.
4. Excellent communication & convincing skills.
5. More than one-year previous experience in the manufacturing services industry as an engineer is counted as an added advantage.
