Job Role:
- Lead and support a team of customer service staff.
- Monitor team performance and help them improve.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet quality standards.
- Work with other teams to improve the customer experience.
- Solve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Follow service rules and best practices.
- Work with other departments on improving customer service.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Passionate about making a difference in Sri Lanka.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR HND with 5+ years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
- Able to work at Rathmalana location and travel to Colombo office if needed.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
