About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to manage all F&B operations at our Kandy property. You’ll ensure excellent guest service, manage staff, control costs, and work closely with the kitchen and event teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and event operations.
- Ensure top-level customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead and train F&B staff for quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with chefs for menus and food quality.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and reduce waste.
- Plan and manage events and banquets.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and brand compliance.
