Aviyana Ceylon is Sri Lanka’s first seven-star hotel, nearing completion in the peaceful hill country of Udispattuwa, Kandy. We aim to deliver luxury and personalized service to VIP travelers worldwide.
We are hiring a Draftsman to join our team. You’ll prepare detailed technical drawings and collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to meet project standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Turn rough sketches into accurate technical plans
- Review and update designs as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Work closely with engineers and architects
- Maintain records of drawings and changes
Requirements:
- Experience as a Draftsman in construction/engineering/architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Attention to detail and understanding of construction methods
- Ability to read blueprints and collaborate in a team
Preferred:
- Diploma or certification in Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering
- Familiarity with 3D modeling (SketchUp, SolidWorks) and BIM
- Knowledge of local building codes
