We are hiring for a leading company based in Seeduwa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products to support long-term business growth.
- Lead and guide the R&D team in sewing, design, and materials.
- Align R&D goals with company strategies.
- Work closely with global R&D teams on projects.
- Research new sewing and garment technologies.
- Support operations with process improvements.
- Ensure safety and compliance with EHS and 5S standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in R&D and production (preferably in garments or PPE).
- Strong knowledge of sewing technology.
- Familiarity with material science and Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
