Job Role:
We’re looking for a Billet Yard Supervisor to manage daily yard work. You’ll handle staff, heavy machines, safety rules, and coordinate with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise yard team and daily tasks
- Operate or oversee forklifts and heavy machines
- Keep equipment in good condition
- Follow and enforce safety procedures
- Work closely with other departments
Qualifications:
- Experience in yard or site supervision
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and forklift use
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work at our Ja-ela site
- Steel industry experience is a plus
- At least a high school diploma; more education is a bonus
