Union Assurance – Employee Experience Executive

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead employee experience efforts including engagement, wellbeing, workplace culture, and employer branding. This role will help shape a positive work environment and strengthen our brand as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, and culture-building initiatives.
- Align employee experience with company goals and values.
- Design wellness and flexible work programs.
- Support employer branding across internal and external platforms.
- Conduct employee surveys and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3 – 4 years of relevant experience.
- Skilled in designing and running employee-focused programs.
- Good knowledge of data analysis tools and survey platforms.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
