Role Overview
As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate financial records in line with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and tax laws
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to guide strategic business decisions
- Use accounting software and tools to generate timely reports and documentation
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Completed Chartered Strategic Level or Corporate Level (ICASL/CIMA/ACCA)
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory standards
- High proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent analytical thinking
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
