About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team in Negombo. The ideal candidate will be a true Biseka enthusiast someone who genuinely uses and believes in the power of natural skincare. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Explain the benefits and features of Biseka’s natural skincare and haircare products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Manage point-of-sale operations and daily cash handling
- Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and track best-selling products
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Promote brand awareness and customer loyalty programs
- Assist in organizing in-store events, product demos, and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Background or strong interest in natural beauty and organic skincare
- Good understanding of product ingredients, benefits, and customer skin concerns
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
- Friendly personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, punctual, and a team player
- Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or cosmetic industry is an advantage
