Job Role: Senior HR Executive
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations and support our apparel manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee exits.
- Work with production teams for workforce planning and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee issues.
- Support employee training and development.
- Monitor attendance and reduce absenteeism.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Communicate with government offices and auditors.
- Help implement HR systems and digital tools.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in HR or Business Administration.
- 4–6 years of HR experience in apparel or manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and factory operations.
- Strong communication in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Friendly, practical, and solutions-oriented attitude.
