Role Summary
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will take charge of formulating and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and build sustainable customer relationships. This full-time role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales dynamics and modern marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via networking, field visits, and cold outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, order handling, and client follow-up.
- Design and implement marketing strategies that support product promotions and brand recognition.
- Conduct competitive market research to pinpoint emerging trends and untapped markets.
- Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to ensure service excellence.
- Maintain CRM systems and provide timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Represent the brand at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign tracking.
- Prior working knowledge of ERP systems is a must.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
