Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our Colombo-based office. In this role, you will be at the heart of our international recruitment efforts, managing candidate communication, interview logistics, and document verification—especially for our projects focused on the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and international clients.
  • Verify essential candidate documentation, including N4/N5 certificates, CVs, and passport copies.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for recruitment events and virtual/in-person interviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on candidate databases and tracking sheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English; Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or a similar support role.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with online platforms and productivity tools.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
