Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our remote team. This role will play a pivotal part in building high-performing tech teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and deliver quality candidates accordingly.
- Source potential candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Conduct technical screening and evaluate applicant qualifications based on job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring goals and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive hiring strategies, and new sourcing tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle or technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with IT job roles, technologies, and terminology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in IT staffing or recruitment for consulting projects is a plus.
