ShopXonline seeks a female Sales & Operations Executive for its showrooms in Nugegoda and Dehiwala. You will attend to customers, handle inquiries, coordinate online orders, and support daily showroom operations and stock management.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and handle showroom inquiries.

  • Manage phone calls and online order coordination.

  • Support showroom operations and stock management.

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales (retail or showroom preferred).

  • Minimum GCE O/L qualification.

  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).

  • Self-motivated and well-organized.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
