ZephyraTravels seeks a B2B Partnership & Sales Manager for its Colombo office. You will establish international partnerships, manage B2B contracts, expand digital platform presence, and drive sales through networking and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Establish partnerships with overseas travel agencies and tour wholesalers.

  • Manage B2B pricing, contracts, and commission structures.

  • Develop corporate travel and group tour partnerships.

  • Expand presence on platforms like Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook.

  • Lead outreach on LinkedIn, email, and travel networks.

  • Prepare monthly sales reports and partnership pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in B2B travel or tourism partnerships.

  • Excellent English communication.

  • Strong negotiation and networking ability.

  • Familiarity with Sri Lankan tourism is a plus.

  • Self-driven, professional, and results-focused.
