Dialog Finance seeks a Manager for Analytics & AI in Colombo. You will lead analytics initiatives, oversee business intelligence, contribute to data platform development, and promote AI adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics across customer insights, product performance, and behavioural trends.

• Oversee dashboards and self-service BI to improve visibility and decision making.

• Work with technology and business teams on data requirements and delivery.

• Contribute to building our next-gen data platform with strong data models and governance.

• Build measurement frameworks for experiments, campaigns, and customer journeys.

• Mentor analysts and promote strong analytical and problem-solving practices.

• Champion analytics and AI adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• A degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of industry experience, including leading teams or managing analytics projects with clear outcomes.

• Strong skills in SQL and Python.

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Ability to translate business problems into structured analysis and clear insights.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for data-driven problem solving.
