Job Summary

The Junior Client Service Officer performs client research, prepares documents, supports advisers, and handles system tasks. The role demands accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

• Conduct product research within the financial planning universe
• Manage client review meetings and document preparation
• Liaising with the Adviser and carrying out system tasks allocated
• Conduct frequent audits on weekly basis on implementations
• Ability to understand and meet stakeholder expectations

• Minimum 06 months of experience in BPO industry/ Banking operations
• Degree / Professional qualification related to Finance or Administration (CIMA and ACCA students who wish to get their practical training agreements signed are encouraged to apply)
