Job Summary

The Academy Manager oversees the full operations of the Cinnamon Hospitality Academy, guiding curriculum development and ensuring exceptional academic standards. The role strengthens partnerships, supports student pathways, and drives growth opportunities through strategic leadership and industry collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Your dynamic leadership will drive business development efforts, identifying growth opportunities and forging strategic partnerships to expand the academy’s reach and impact.
• With a focus on program development, you’ll lead the creation of innovative and industry-relevant training programs, continuously updating them to meet evolving industry needs.
• Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, and collaborating with industry partners to provide students with valuable networking opportunities and internships.

Qualifications

• Do you have a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, preferably with a master’s degree?
• Can you demonstrate proven education management experience, particularly in the hospitality sector?
• Do you possess strong leadership skills that can inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence?
