Job Summary

The Compliance and Administration Analyst Intern assists UK mortgage advisers, paraplanners, and compliance professionals by handling documentation checks, administrative coordination, communication management, and evolving operational tasks aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage File Checks: verify client documentation, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Work with UK Mortgage Advisers & Paraplanners: support case submissions, follow-ups, and administrative tasks

• Call & Email Management: handle queries from advisers, lenders, and internal team members, manage daily email correspondence

• Adapt to changes in line with the business’s requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

• HND/degree or an equivalent qualification in Banking and Finance

• Experience within financial services would be highly advantageous

• A passion for learning about the UK financial and mortgage industry

• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail

• Adaptable, positive attitude, and a strong willingness to grow
