Job Summary

The PR Specialist role supports partner onboarding for FundedNext while enabling strong revenue-focused partnerships. The position requires negotiation expertise, structured communication, and consistent operational discipline. The selected candidate will streamline onboarding workflows, maintain partner relationships, and report key performance insights to leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Generate measurable revenue through successful onboarding and partner conversions.
• Process Creation: Create onboarding playbooks, negotiation scripts, and structured partner trackers.
• Reporting & Strategy: Deliver weekly reports to leadership on partner performance and pipeline health.
• Efficiency Streamlining: Streamline onboarding through basic automations that improve efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, proven in a global context.
• Sales Acumen: Experience with sales calls and cultural adaptability when working across regions.
• Data Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Sheets (or equivalent tools) for partner tracking and reporting.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills that make partners feel valued and supported.
